Short-insert Illumina reads were assembled with Velvet. Contigs were scaffolded with RNAseq-derived mRNA predictions using the SCUBAT pipeline, as described by Schiffer et al., 2019.

Annotation

Gene models were predicted with Augustus, as described by Schiffer et al., 2019.
