Panagrolaimus sp. JU765 (formerly Proanagrolaimus sp. JU765) is a free-living, hermaphroditic nematode. It has been used as an outgroup in the study of cryptobiosis and anhydrobiosis, both common in members of the closely related Panagrolaimus genus.

Short-insert Illumina reads were assembled with Velvet. Contigs were scaffolded with RNAseq-derived mRNA predictions using the SCUBAT pipeline, as described by Schiffer et al., 2019.
