The genome was sequenced on the Illumina GaIIx and HiSeq platforms at the University College London, as described by Schiffer et al. (2018).

Annotation

The annotation was produced using AUGUSTUS incorporating de novo predictions with C. elegans as species profile and RNASeq data, as described by Schiffer et al. (2018). It was submitted to WormBase by Philipp Schiffer in August 2018.
